In: 2 cup vegetable stock , 1tbs small cut vegetables (Carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, French beans and Capsicum).
1tbs small pieces of garlic. 1tbs small pieces of green chillies ,1tbs small pieces of ginger,
1 ½tbs soya sauce. 1tbs cornflour. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper powder. Salt to taste.
(1) Heat the oil. Add garlic, green chillies, ginger and finely cut vegetables and Ajinomoto.
(2) Then add vegetable stock, soya sauce ,salt and white pepper powder.
(3) Mix cornflour in ½ cup water and then put it in the boiling soup. Boil it for I min and then serve it hot.
