 3 cups low fat milk
 1¼ cups grated low fat paneer (cottage cheese) 
 2 teaspoons corn flour mixed with 1 tablespoon low fat milk
 A pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder 
 3 teaspoons (approx.) sugar substitute
